What's the difference between Standard and Full LMS Access?
Standard means you send us the questions or the brief, a writer handles it, and you submit the work yourself. Full LMS Access means you hand over your school portal login, and a writer completes and submits it directly, deadline included. Full Access costs more because it's a bigger job on our end.
How much does it cost?
Quizzes start from ₦500 on Standard and ₦6,000 on Full LMS Access. Writing and assignments start from ₦1,000 per page on Standard and ₦8,000 per page on Full LMS Access. The exact price depends on your school, the subject and your deadline, and we confirm it with you before you pay.
When do I pay?
After we've quoted you and you've said yes. You can view the finished work first, downloading unlocks once you pay.
Is it safe to give you my school login for Full LMS Access?
Your login is used only for your job and only by the writer assigned to it. We don't store it longer than the job takes, and you can change your password once it's done if that puts your mind at ease.
What if I'm not happy with the writer, or it's not working out?
Tell us and we'll match you with someone else, with the full history shared so you don't have to repeat yourself.
How is the work checked?
After you and your writer both accept the delivered work, Unisupport reviews it before it's marked closed, usually within 24 hours. You can keep chatting with your writer the whole time.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details, Paystack handles that directly.
Is there a free option?
Birdie, our AI study partner, is free for answering questions from your own notes and files. It won't invent an answer for something you haven't added yet. Writer jobs, Standard or Full Access, are priced as above.
